Poster presentation guidelines

Size : Poster board size: 1200 mm (width) x 2100mm (height)
Language : English

Please leave a 200 mm x 200 mm blank space from the top left corner for the organizing committee to indicate your poster number.

Conference Building, 2nd Floor, Room "Sakura"

Poster set-up
Place your poster on the panel indicated by your presentation number.
The poster can be placed on the panel between 12:30 AM, Sep 17 and 5:00 PM, Sep 18. After that time, any remaining posters will be discarded by the JDRC16 office.

Remove your poster until 18:45 of the 2nd day (18th) at the latest. (otherwise organizers will trash it afterwards no matter how it is great!)
The organizer and secretariat will not be held liable for any theft, loss, or damage of posters.

Oral presentation guidelines

Presentation venue: Conference Building, 2nd Floor, Room "Tachibana"
Presentations should be delivered using your computer.

Presentation
Please use your computer for oral presentations. The HDMI port is used to connect the presenter's computer to the projector. Prepare an adapter if necessary. To facilitate switching presenters, please come to the front row of the main venue with your computer during the break before your session. The screen ratio is 16:9.

For standard session 1-11: Presentation length: 10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion
For special session 1-2: Presentation length: 15 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion
